Many essential oils, such as the oils of lavender and tea tree, are antiseptics and may not cause drug resistance as chemical disinfectants may. This essential oil spray is a good alternative to chemical based disinfectants and doubles as a room air freshener spray.
Lavender Antibacterial Spray
1 cup water
20 drops pure essential oil of lavender
Pour into a spray bottle. Shake before each use to blend, remember there are no additives to keep the oil and water mixed.. Spray on the surfaces do not wipe off
Be careful to not get essential oils near your eyes, or to put them directly on your skin and only use clean spray bottles.
